Submit Your Film to the RISE Film Festival

The RISE Film Festival (RFF) seeks films that take an unflinching look at humanity at its best and worst. Films that tell stories and amplify voices that need a platform. Films that inspire action and drive change. All films must focus on one or more of the following topics in order to be considered: the justice system, substance use/mental health disorders, treatment/recovery, trauma, military veterans, and/or equity and inclusion.
