How do I get a refund for my flight or other travel costs?
NADCP is not able to refund individual travel costs. However, if you purchased travel insurance, please contact your provider for information and next steps. Can my company still exhibit?
NADCP is pleased to announce that RISE20 Virtual will offer a dynamic virtual exhibit hall. This virtual hall will invite attendees to visit your customized booth and allow you to add text, imagery, video, and other content to highlight the information, services, and products you offer. You will benefit especially by interacting in real time with attendees who visit your virtual booth via live chat and developing contacts of interested visitors for follow-up. Stay tuned for details on this first-of-its-kind opportunity for NADCP’s popular national conference, which hosted more than 6,000 attendees in 2019.
