How can I cancel my Anaheim hotel room reservation?

If you booked rooms in the official NADCP hotel block, we will cancel your reservations for you. If you wish to keep your reservation, please reach out to the hotel directly to rebook your reservation. If you did not book rooms in the official NADCP hotel block, you will need to cancel your rooms directly with your hotel.

How do I get a refund for my flight or other travel costs?

NADCP is not able to refund individual travel costs. However, if you purchased travel insurance, please contact your provider for information and next steps. In addition, most airlines are waiving cancellation fees or making other accommodations due to the action that precipitated your cancellation. Please contact your airline to see if your ticket qualifies. NADCP has provided an official, downloadable letter of cancellation to support your refund requests.

Can my company still exhibit?

NADCP is pleased to announce that RISE20 Virtual will offer a dynamic virtual exhibit hall. This virtual hall will invite attendees to visit your customized booth and allow you to add text, imagery, video, and other content to highlight the information, services, and products you offer. You will benefit especially by interacting in real time with attendees who visit your virtual booth via live chat and developing contacts of interested visitors for follow-up. Stay tuned for details on this first-of-its-kind opportunity for NADCP’s popular national conference, which hosted more than 6,000 attendees in 2019.
