Where can I find the RISE21 Program?

The program will be in your tote bag on-site and you can also download here.

NADCP RISE App Download

Search for NADCP RISE on the App Store or Google Play to download the app. From the home screen, log in using the email address you used to register for the conference. 

Is WiFi available at the Gaylord?

There is free WiFi in the hotel lobby/lower atrium areas and in your guest room, but not in the convention center (no WiFi in the foyers nor training session rooms).

What are the registration hours & location?

Registration is located on the lower level in Prince George’s Exhibition Hall D

  • Saturday, August 14: 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
  • Sunday, August 15: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (closed from 3:30-5:30 for opening ceremony)
  • Monday, August 16: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • Tuesday, August 17: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • Wednesday, August 18: 7:00 AM–11:00 AM

Are there NADCP shuttles from the hotels to the Gaylord?

NADCP is not providing shuttle service to/from the official NADCP hotels.  The overflow hotels may provide shuttle service to/from National Harbor; check with the hotels directly.

Are there state association and other meetings?

Yes, please see the RISE Mobile App under “other meetings”

Where can I find a map of the Gaylord Convention Center?

Maps are located on Gaylord National’s kiosks in Convention Center pre-function and on the RISE Mobile App under Floorplans.

Where are the corporate sponsors and exhibitors located?

Potomac, Cherry Blossom, Convention Center pre-function, and Maryland Foyers. See the RISE Mobile App under exhibitors for more information.

Lost and found is located at the NADCP Information Booth in Coat Check in the convention center pre-function area.
