By registering for RISE20 Virtual On Demand you will get access to all RISE20 Virtual sessions, continuing education, the All RISE Expo Hall, handouts, and special NADCP resources.

What does it cost to attend RISE20 Virtual On-Demand?
The RISE20 Virtual On Demand registration fee is $450 for NADCP members and $495 for non-members. Click here to renew your membership and receive discounted registration.
If I attended RISE20 Virtual do I have to register again to access sessions on demand?
No, if you registered for RISE20 Virtual and payment was received, you can use your login to access the virtual environment and view sessions.
What system equipment or software is required to attend RISE20 On Demand?
RISE20 Virtual On Demand will require current supported versions of Windows 8 or later, and preferably Windows 10, as well as macOS X 10.9 or newer. You will need a current version of a major web browser, such as Firefox, or Chrome. You can also use newer iOS and Android mobile devices with updated browsers. You will need a wired or WiFi internet connection.
Before entering the virtual environment:

- Clear all your tabs and reboot your computer
- While inside the virtual environment:
- Ensure your browser is at 100% to see the entire virtual environment
- You may need to refresh your computer occasionally
What is the briefcase?
The briefcase is your personal folder which allows you to save all the resources, handouts, and courses in one easily accessible room to download when you’re ready. Please do this before the January 31, 2021 deadline! After this date, you will not have access to the virtual environment.
Will RISE20 Virtual On Demand still provide session handouts?
Yes, any session handouts provided by presenters, speaker biographies, and our conference program will be available directly through the RISE20 Virtual On Demand platform.
How do I access Continuing Education?
NADCP is a NAADAC-Approved Education Provider (78232). RISE20 Virtual On Demand provides attendees with the opportunity to attend sessions and earn up 60 hours of Continuing Education Credit.
Upon completion of each on-demand session, registrants must complete the session survey to receive their certificate. Registrants should print out their certificate for use to petition their credentialing board for credit.
