OPENING CEREMONY

RISE19 kicked off with an unforgettable opening ceremony that celebrated the 30th anniversary of treatment courts and culminated with testimony from children whose families were transformed by recovery.

All Rise Ceremony

The All Rise ceremony featured keynote remarks from our federal champions, the swearing-in of the Justice For Vets National Mentor Corps and incredible performances by singer/songwriter Travis Howard and actor/comedian Dion Flynn.
